Spring has arrived and with summer coming, we as a board wanted to communicate some of our thoughts and goals for the second half of our term. In addition, we feel that as a board, we have the responsibility to enforce the HHA Rules and Regulations or make needed changes to them. In the meantime, rather than being faced with enforcement, we would like to provide some friendly reminders: When each homeowner decided to move into our neighborhood, we essentially agreed to abide by the Rules and Regulations that are designed for the good of the community. Our job as a board is to administer these rules, make changes as needed, and promote a positive community spirit of cooperation. | |
